Pros

Good work-life balance. Middle management is great. Usually pretty flexible person schedules. Pretty good money. Lots of responsibility early in career. Opportunities to work in lots of different areas of the engine.

Cons

Working environment has a bit of a sterile/corporate feel. Leadership structure is pretty flat, which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it. There's a bit of a disconnect between middle and senior management.
