Are you kidding me? If you're not management, don't stay there more than two years.

Cons

If you clock into tickets, fulfill client requests and make the profits for Williams Lea, you will never get a raise above 2.5% or get a promotion.

Upper Management is the issue

Pros

The work itself is relatively easy if you know how to keep the plates spinning. Multitasking is a MUST, but if your skillset aligns, the work is great.

Cons

Upper Management adamantly refuses to punish underperforming Supervisors, or rewarding hard work and dedication. There is also a constant "Customer is always right" attitude that creates a hostile "everything is your fault, even when the client is blatantly wrong or proven to be lying" sort of environment.

Horrible company

The client, maybe. Depends on who the client is.

Cons

Literally nothing. Benefits are horrible, management is even worse. There isn’t any room to grow and there is a huge lack of communication all around.
