Nice office in good area. Everyone in team is nice and management is helpful and lets people do their jobs.

Cons

No real cons, wish work from home was more than one day a week but management is flexible if you really need to be home one day

Lean company with meaningful work and decent support. Great culture and flexible opportunities to try different departments.

Cons

Managers need more direct training in learning to trust their employees and to empower their employees. Employees need more technical training and structured programs for learning fundamentals of natural gas and pipeline. Additionally, wfh and hybrid work needs to be reconsidered for improved work life balance.
