      Local Leadership has a heart for the employees. The rest of the company, youre just a number. There are far too many supports function at the corporate level. The have so many rules it difficult to do your job

      They like hiring with little to no experience, giving opportunity to get into oil/gas industry.

      Cons

      Do not pay competitively. Management is completely disassociated from it's field employees. High turn over rate to lack of compensation, terrible management.
