Lincoln is a great company to work for. Excellent performance is rewarded through recognition, monetary compensation, or promotion. Generally, a lot of work goes into the hiring process. Your coworkers are educated, self-motivated, and easy to work with. There are many opportunities for learning and growth.

Cons

As with any organization, everyone has their own management style. This can sometimes lead to inconsistency throughout the organization, especially with one as large as Lincoln. Currently, there is no dedicated Human Resources department. This means regional VPs, national legal counsel, or payroll coordinators handle HR issues.
