been working at willow valley 2 years,,it can be a good place to work,,but some managers dont give a crap about the working people,they will not promote you if your too old,or dont like you

An eye opening experience, seeing the care they provide for residents was lacking and cover-up to keep accreditations.

I worked at WV because of the residents and my coworkers. They made me smile each and everyday.

Cons

Management places $$ at the top of their concern list, not the residents needs nor employees.
