PTO, Salary, Benefits, Co-Workers, Company Culture and focus on DEI

Cons

Not all offices/teammates embrace the company culture that made WillowTree what it is, the same. Growing at a rapid pace which could make it hard to continue the great culture.

It's as good as it sounds

Pros

Strong, positive culture. Lots of transparency. Plenty of opportunity to train. Variety of projects

Cons

We stay very busy, but we're well supported which makes a huge difference. That said, it can be tough at times to take the opportunity to attend lunch and learns, attend a training, etc. The main challenge is usually me prioritizing work over the training - so it's more of a 'me' thing I guess.
