Pros

This is a place that genuinely cares about it's employees. I really don't have anything but good things to say. The company culture/core values are truly visible in day-to-day work - they aren't just said as empty corporate platitudes. Tobias is an incredibly transparent CEO and it's clear that he takes all employee wishes into very careful consideration. The direction the company is headed in is also pretty exciting. Things are looking bright and I don't see myself leaving any time soon.

Cons

Salaries could be a tad bit higher.

Cons

* Inconsistent application of promotions and what job titles mean * Some communication breakdown between remote locations and executives * Lack of trust in their own core values

Pros

Incredibly supportive team members who are always in your corner and making sure you are doing well both mentally and with the task assigned. The culture is unlike any place I've worked before. The management team is extremely transparent about the company while also being very supportive of not only the employees, but also the community.

Cons

No issues have come to my attention.
