All the pros were prior to 2015.

Cons

They became too focused on attorney salaries and weren’t paying staff well at all. Didn’t care about the well being of staff after Covid by moving to an open office concept. Didn’t bring back benefits that were suspended when Covid hit until after several employees quit. Even cut milestone recognition of staff after Covid.
