Pros

1. Small engineering team. Hence, you get to work on many aspect of an engineering product development process. I get to work on many crucial technologies at very early stage of my career. 2. Very good work-life balance. Your time offs and weekends are respected. Even if we need to run some errands during working hour, we get to do that. No eyebrows raised. 3. Engineering team has many senior people from the industries. I got a very good guidance when I started the work. 4. Small size company. Hence we get a lot of visibility for the work done. We are not just some bunch of employees here. 5. Well compensated.

Cons

Everything that comes for working for a small company.
