      This a great company that can provide some great opportunities to grow and learn. The managers do take an interest in you as a person.

      Pros

      The company has a great culture and does fun things regularly for the employees to participate in. The benefits are pretty good. The people are great to work with and most people are happy to be here. People care about the company and their jobs and work together to come up with solutions. My team was very helpful and tried to take care of each other to help the whole team succeed. The company is growing and I believe there will be good opportunities as they continue to grow.

      Cons

      Home and Rent prices are high and depending on your role the pay may not match the cost of living. They are competitive on pay for the St. George area though. Do some research before accepting a position, but they are great to work for if you can take care of this issue.
