Knowledgeable managers and trainers. Excellent products tech support reps given authority to address warranty issues (rma's, refunds etc)

Does not permit telecommuting, employees in customer support must live in St. George, UT

Pros

This is a very stable company that strives to make improvements all the time. We have competitive pay, awesome benefits, and opportunities for personal growth and advancement all rolled into a fun place to work. The company cares about the people and shows their appreciation for our accomplishments with extra paid holidays, pizza parties, and sometimes even ice cream. Our CEO is awesome! He has really turned the company around and re-energized the overall moral. I have been with this company from the beginning. I have seen the ups and downs. I'm really glad that I never gave up and moved on. I am really excited to see where we go from here!

Cons

As with all companies, nothing can be perfect, but I can't think of anything that is out of the ordinary.
