Great feedback. I hope you have addressed your concern about internal problems hindering growth ability, either with your manager or with Human Resources. We would be interested to hear more details to see if/how we can fix a potential problem we may not know about. Curious to know how you feel about our new benefits package since your review. We feel like they are MUCH better than the time of your review. Increased the amount of benefits, improved the existing benefits significantly, and decreased cost to employees overall. The new compensation structure has been modified to bring everyone's wage/salary to a more competitive level and the Pay for Performance and Salary Incentive Plan have been improved as well.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. We want to hear MORE from our employees, especially where the rubber meets the road, so to speak. So if you feel like you or any of your team are not being heard, please encourage them to find another "open door". We want you to be satisfied that your suggestions are not only being heard, but are being implemented where feasible. Glad you are part of our team! PS. take more time off! You've earned it :)
