Pros

Benefits have been upgraded significantly, reasonable work/life balance, St. George is a great place to live. Senior management is working towards growing the company and improving benefits/wages for employees.

Cons

The company was bought last year and new management has worked hard to try and improve some of the cons around here.

Dead End Jobs at a Dead End company

Pros

They are still in business, they still do pay (as little as it is) their employees. They are closed on Sunday and every Sunday if off.

Cons

All jobs are dead end jobs. All that are advanced or promoted are related to or friends of senior staff. Good old boy network! Equal opportunity at this company is a joke that should be investigated

We can't speak to what happened under previous management, but rest assured, all promotions are based on a thorough screening process based on knowledge, experience, and qualifications. We want all of our employees to succeed and advance as far as they aspire to. There are plenty of advancement opportunities that exist now and as the company continues to grow, those opportunities will multiply.
