      Pros

      Largely collegial and supportive environment. Excellent colleagues with whom I enjoy working. Given enough "rope" to make my own business decisions, but know I have support from on high.

      Cons

      As in most any professional services environment, the sheer "mass" of work can become overwhelming, but resources are reallocated appropriately and the results (in my case, new business wins) more often than not are gratifying.
