      Pros

      Work is divided into small teams of attorneys covering all aspects of the firm's business.

      Cons

      Firm is huge with numerous offices throughout the United States as well as several foreign locations. Smooth control among these offices is sometimes difficult to manage.

      solid support staff and technology services. Overall well managed with opportunities for partner track if you stay long enough.

      Cons

      A large firm so the environment is very bland and corporate. You typically only interact with those in your practice group. Billing is top priority and managment will constantly remind you of this fact.
