      There are some talented attorneys that work here so you can gain litigation experience. You will learn to manage cases and see a variety of different types of cases. Because of its size, you will litigate against very professional and talented plaintiffs attorneys that you can also learn from.

      Low pay and not a lot of opportunities to develop your own business or advance upward.

      I've had incredible opportunities to learn and develop litigation skills early on.

      Salaries have gone up and there is a great work/life balance. There is a good chance to become partner if you prove your worth. If you are committed it can be a great place to have a career.

      Cons

      A large part of how many opportunities you may receive depends on which partner you work for. If you get hired into a good group you can do really well.
