You will get into court a great deal and after a year be able to take that experience and find a position with another firm. If you went to a lower tier school, you can also get a job here as a first year associate. You will travel to take depositions and make court appearances so you will be thrown into actual practice right away. If you are director level staff, you can get away with practically anything as long as Tom will likes you.
