Pros
Good place to start if you're not a seasoned attorney. You can get your foot in the door if you're looking to enter the legal field, and after a couple of years, you can put Wilson Elser on your resume. It's a national firm so the name is highly recognizable.
Cons
They don't pay well. Unless you're a seasoned attorney who's coming in with your own business, you don't have much leverage to negotiate a high salary. The IT department is not very organized; they're understaffed so everyone seems to be stressed and overworked and can't get back to you in time.
