Pros

Good company culture; everyone is very helpful and supportive. Take the time needed to train their employees and encourage continued training. Team atmosphere. Employees are encouraged to speak up and their voice is heard; changes come from it.

Cons

Very low compensation for Recruiters and Sourcers, they are the backbone of the company and should be compensated better and acknowledged more. A lot of the employees work virtually but it is frowned upon for Tampa employees to do so.

Pros

Growth creates opportunity, and WilsonHCG has been consistently growing. Most managers and members of leadership have been promoted from within, so they have a true ability to train and offer solutions to their employees. The company culture is amazing; The people that work here are collaborative, and helpful - it's very team oriented. Employees have an ability to "be heard" with this company - the CEO asks for feedback and suggestions; individuals have the ability to propose new ideas and, often, see them implemented.

Cons

Compensation is good, but there is always room to improve. The opportunity for learning new skills and having a voice in the company offsets that issue significantly.

Virtual position. Provide you with a laptop and headset.

Cons

-Management is beyond rude. -Not supportive. -Not fair. You are not given the resources you need in order to complete work. -The females are like mean girls... If you are not in their clique, don't expect to be liked. -They over promise to clients. -Low pay.
