Very ridiculous expectations for minimal pay

Pros

Work life balance is great. Remote work. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

They have to give you unlimited PTO and work life balance because they literally offer nothing else. Pay is garbage. No bonuses for 2 years and they keep dangling it in our face saying they’re bringing it back this year, but I quite literally do not believe a word they say. Some of the accounts are god awful. Promoting people that don’t deserve promotions that lack any form of leadership skills. I literally want out of this job so bad.

Pay - merit increase and bonuses have been on hold for years Growth opportunity - promotions are few and far between and when they do promote, they rarely open it up to interviews
