Pros

Great environment to work. Knowledgable co-workers at their position. Proud of the product coming out of the company. The move to downtown Chicago will be good for the company. Surrounding itself with the energy and creativity located around the new office is priceless. Everyone that is opposed isn't thinking of the company as much as themselves and their commute.

Cons

Upper management is concerning. Not enough marketing initiative to get the Wilson name further out there. Working with the community would greatly help.

Pros

The job and the people on the floor are great and the job is not difficult mentally but can be physically.

Cons

Don't get hurt because HR is nonexistent most of the time and useless if they're available. No one seems to want to take any responsibility for employee care and the HR person is rarely of ever in the building.

The people at Wilson are awesome. It's a fun work environment and I looked forward to coming to work every day.

Cons

Department management was somewhat controlling and didn't make the best impression on employees. Poor communication between departments that work together on big projects.
