Decent pay for the job.
Cons
Poor communication between different areas and supervisors. Exceedingly poor planning when trailers are coming up in reference to parts. A lot of day shift people and certain individuals on night shift hardly do their jobs, forcing others to be put in their area to help. Management is preferential to the lazy workers and screw over the harder working people by making them do more. Unionized.
