Good opportunity to learn all aspects of a client services delivery from start to finish.
Cons
No support from management, no accountability from senior management, no support for client issues/problems, Barcelona-based company who doesn't seem to take the U.S. gaming market seriously. Project Manager is not the title for the role at this company. You will be part of sales, training, software engineering, project management, support, and Customer Success Management. Also all travel is paid by the employee and reimbursement is very slow. No corporate cards are provided to U.S. employees.
