the work times are not accurate with standards, the supervisors micro manage everyone

Everything else, literally everything else. This company used to put their employees first and they paid them well enough to support a family on a single income, but no longer. Basically it's WalCo/WinMart. They've forgotten what set us apart from everyone else and what made this company so successful. There is no longer any loyalty to employees, even less for the long-term ones, we're all replaceable cogs in a giant clock. For a company that spends so much time talking about being Employee Owned, it literally means nothing at the end of the day.
