Cons

Everything else, literally everything else. This company used to put their employees first and they paid them well enough to support a family on a single income, but no longer. Basically it's WalCo/WinMart. They've forgotten what set us apart from everyone else and what made this company so successful. There is no longer any loyalty to employees, even less for the long-term ones, we're all replaceable cogs in a giant clock. For a company that spends so much time talking about being Employee Owned, it literally means nothing at the end of the day.

Shifts go by fast being a cashier. Can retire a millionaire.

Cons

Favoritism amongst employees and managment. Short ten minute breaks and 30 min lunch. 3 points every time you call in sick. Even after the contract that is signed says not to come in if you have diarrhea. 3 points for clocking in 3 minutes late, but can clock on 3 minutes early. Once 12 points are accumulated they suspend you for 3 days (no pay) 12 pts come off on your anniversary date 1 YR. If written up or any points before then you are automatically terminated.
