Pros

The benefits are great. ESOP is one of them, but it does have a catch. You've got to stay with the company for at least six years to see all that in return

Cons

Just know, WinCo caters to a certain "clientele". Be ready to deal with some of the rudest people you've ever meet alongside some of the nicest. Weird mix really.

Pros

This company has good benefits like personal holiday, paid time off, state sick pay and company sick pay. It is also employee owned, so you get stock as you work.

Cons

There is no way around the pay structure. You work X amount of hours before getting paid more, and there is a cap. The only way to "move up" is to become a manager or move to corporate. No amount of hard work gets you more money, so no one works hard. The culture is very much "stay here forever". No one advocates for education or moving on, because "you could be a millionaire when you retire". Never mind the fact that you will never spend all that money in your lifetime.
