      Pros

      If you put in effort to work AND communicate with everyone, you'll have a good experience.

      Cons

      Since this location was one of the most affordable groceries in a college town and open 24/7, the department was nearly always busy. Outside of the preliminary computer work, the training consisted of shadowing for a few shifts and then figuring out your own rhythm. However, my coworkers were nearly always willing to help if I had questions.

      Pros

      Great company, benefits. They truly do what they can to maintain being the low price leader.

      Cons

      A lot of middle aged white men in charge. Would love to see more diversity. HR is hard to find if you need them (there’s a lot of them but they don’t make it easy to discuss issues).
