      Pay Health Insurance ($35/mth) Coworkers Management wants you to succeed If you build a good relationship with the company, they will do what they can to give you the days off that you want Employee owned, you get a bonus check or gift card every few months

      Mostly younger people working, they like to call out a lot You will work all work schedules between 4am-10pm Weekends are very busy, customers can make things stressful

      Mandatory breaks, good retirement benefits if you stay long enough

      Strictest attendance policy I have ever seen, with no exemptions for illness. People frequently come to work sick and their illnesses worsen because of it. I worked in the deli, and people who come to work sick frequently cough and sneeze around the open food because of this. An elderly woman I worked with worked herself to exhaustion and nearly fainted at work. Another employee worked while having COVID and died because she was never allowed to take enough time off to rest. I quit because of ethical concerns.
