Pros

Great coworkers to get along with and great benefits and 401K. That's about all I can say about the pros.

Cons

Not enough work hours, low pay that's not enough to cover bills, uncaring and arrogant manager, and a ridiculous attendance point system that penalizes employees for being late and calling off no matter if you're sick, have an family emergency, or go to a funeral.

management will not listen so good luck tend to pick favorites i have been working there for a year and a few months and within that time i have not once got my vacation days till i eventually left the produce manager has a huge anger problem and will yell at you in front of customers and show no remorse

You can be scheduled until 7:30 am and end up working until 10:00 or 11:00 if the work doesn't get done, and it usually doesn't. You are required to mold your life around the company's schedule and to suit Winco's needs, no questions asked. If you have a low stress tolerance prepare to live in hell every time you walk in. Five days in a row, working 2-4 hours over each night, I got shingles from being so stressed out and my immune system going haywire.
