      Pros

      Coworkers, with the exception of most/all of management was nice and professional. My position offered a lot of solitude to just do my own thing, which I prefer.

      Cons

      Intentional cutting/limiting of hours, toxic and incompetent owner/assistant managers, uneven work loads, poor pay, zero benefits, and no employee discount.

      you'll always be offered more hours, since your department will be chronically understaffed.

      Cons

      incompetent management and a refusal to pay workers more have created an environment of perpetual catch-up and severe rates of turnover. middle management is hamstrung by corporate and can't get anything important done, seemingly in the name of altruism to combat low sales numbers. this fuels a vicious cycle of corporate greed, empty positions, and continued departure of skilled workers. $13 per hour is not competitive in Benton County, regardless of the benefits offered (which honestly aren't that good anyway)
