Co-workers who where not trying to become management were some of the nicest people I have had pleasure of working with. Inexpensive benefits 10% of gross pay for year into retirement

Cons

Worst job I have ever had! I was told everyone starts as part time but freight allways gets extra hours every day....Wrong! We busted our butts and would get yelled at to go faster and faster 10 seconds to front a freezer door top to bottom." Busy hands busy hands" the lead would yell, and then faster were behind.....then we would go home after 4 hours of a 6 hour shift because we were done early! One week schedule at a time. I ended my 1st week of 7 days at 6 hours scheduled and then was scheduled 7 more days with no time off from last schedule. Went in and gave notice as I found something where I was treated with respect!

Nothing at all, literally this company's golden years are long gone.

Cons

Benefits declining every year. Unprofessional district managers and very unprofessional managers. You have no say so in your days and hours that you work, allegedly due to non existent committees.
