They are required to maintain open availability and cannot request specific days off. Additionally, leads must be willing to work day shifts for at least a three-month period, then switch to night shifts for another three months, continuing this rotation as needed. -Yearly bonuses for store-level employees are inconsistent and not guaranteed. However, management and corporate-level staff appear to receive them more consistently. After the holiday season, there’s often a noticeable reduction in hours for non-management staff, which can feel like part of broader budget adjustments, especially as management and corporate bonuses tend to remain consistent.
