      It's a job, that's about it. Coworkers were good though.

      Everything, The customers, the lead clerks, the management. It all goes to their head and they run it like it's life or death.

      Pros

      Great coworkers and managers. The products are great and I loved that I was able to offer great customer service. Moving up and around in the company is easy, positions are always opening up because the company continues to expand. They also have an employee share program

      Cons

      The hours can be sketchy, depending on the department you're in. Some weeks can be higher than others. The workload is also heavy and the expectations are high but manageable.

      Ability to learn new skills, different departments and growth within the company, wonderful health insurance and employee stock options available

      Nepatism within management, zero consequences for bad behavior or laziness if you're friends with store manager, high turnover because of it
