As much hours you want Talk all you want Low pay means getting away with less work High turn over rate so high job security Yearly PTO Comparable benefits to any other place offering them

Cons

Pays you as little as half of competition starting Management ignore signs of problems till an actual problem occurs All positions pay the same. Taking on more responsibility doesn't give you a pay raise. High turnover rates and they will not train staff thoroughly Can't use PTO as requests are denied constantly unless you just don't care and call out those days anyways.

If you are smart you will not even bother to apply. Screwy hiring practices. Worse that I have ever seen.. If you are willing to be a friend to management you will be fine. If you are just a worker and refuse to be buddy buddy to management. Trouble is on the way. They will pull you on the carpet for absolutely stupid things like not having you hair combed even on a windy day. Again if you are a friend to management you will be fine . Especially when assistant managers act like high school girls. If you are not trouble will find you. Bitter? Yes !!! especially when you bailed the store out countless times by coming in when they are short staffed.

Upper Management are a bunch of self absorbed idiots that know less about business and people then they like to think. Just look at how our Esop has performed over the last few years as an example. They care nothing for the people who work for the company. The worst work life balance I have ever experienced in my entire working career.
