Has Good Benefits, Can transfer to different departments and stores pretty easily
Cons
Full time is only guarantee of 34 hours. Low percentage of Employees are Fulltime High Turnover rate Hard to get days off ( plan on working most weekends and all holidays except Christmas) and need to have open availability Schedule is All Over the Place ( working 10 days in a row are common ) Schedule comes out usually Thursday or Friday for the following week. Training is limited unless on computer to meet Federal and state guidelines Efficiencies are unrealistic as based on fastest and most experience person rather cross section Work is Very Repetitive in Nature and Company is not Creative or Progressive Working Conditions are Poor No Recognition for Job Well Done
