WinCo Foods reviews

This company is a mess. They have no idea how to run a successful business and keep enployees feel heard and appreciated. The new people get the brunt of the work load while upper management doesn't step in to help. Tons of food wasted because they don't know how to order properly. Expired food put on shelves and the meat and cheese fridges are not cleaned regularly. The company has potential to be great but they miss the mark on a lot because they don't listen to their employees needs. They seriously should consider a more effective business model. I'm not going to he staying around for much longer that's for su poore.
