Positions can change or not change, I've seen people change departments, like cashiering to seafood, or deli. But some cashiers just stay there and don't seem to move up

Cons

Each manager gets paid the same but the jobs are all levels of difficulty. Expectations for workers are unrealistic. So many tasks with hardly any hours. Customers treat you like garbage and get away with it.
