Pros
The store that I work at hires a wide variety of races of people. It's very diverse. If you work hard then you get more responsibility and you might excel.
Cons
If you work hard then you get more responsibility. Working (fast and) efficiently is all they really care about. But if you make too many oopsie doopsies then you can accumulate too many points and they'd have to let you go.
