Health beneifits are good, 401k options (no matching) ESOP

Cons

They pay way below industry standard for a deli clerk, The Mcdonalds down the street pays more. Production rooms are not allowed to have a radio for unknown reasons. Frequently understaffed. they hire people with no relative experience give them 3 hours of training and expect them to perform as well as everyone else Most new Deli clerks quit within 4 weeks. By far Deli is the worst department at Winco and everyone knows it.

The benefits are excellent, and the management is very fair! The customers are for the most part great. The stores offer 24/7 job opportunities, which make it great for college students. World of advancement opportunities.

Cons

The customers can be difficult at times, but for the most part they are very nice to work for no major problems.
