Unmatched benefits but horrible management at store level

Great healthcare, flexible hours, okay pay

Cons

Current dept. management does not enforce freight throwing standards, so the store looks horrible with stuff in the wrong spot. They also do not care about physical limitations due to disability. Popularity contest, dept. management is only concerned with being liked. Dept. management is not concerned with customer service and will leave you waiting extended periods stuck with a customer issue at the register.
