As a company in transition, things are changing rapidly - some people handle change well, others don't. Beware of the people who don't as they can be very negative and drag morale down.

Pros

WinCos biggest selling point is there employee stock ownership program, and there benefits which beat any other company plan that I've seen.

Cons

Shifts are inconsistent and pay starts low. As a new person starting as a part timer, it's hard to be incentivized for the work the company ask of you.
