Cons
Over the years, employees have been getting pinched more and more by the economy as the company has progressively moved away from taking care of its employees and taking better care management. If you're a full time employee, you'll more than likely be scheduled the minimum number of hours, but expected to be available 24/7/364. WinCo used to be a place where employees collectively worked hard and it paid off, whereas now it's a place where more and more demand is made for employees while cutting their hours and paying them less than their competitors. WinCo used to have a culture where if you worked hard and wanted to learn, you would be promoted. Now, they focus on recruiting from outside the company.
