Medical benefits, people, watching company grow. Tuition assistance, bonus and ESOP.
Cons
HR policies are outdated and childish and not applied equally especially the hiring process and there is nothing you can do about it or anyone to go to to get it changed. Rules and processes change without notice or explanation. If you ask someone in HR a question they are either impatient, exhasberated or hide behind "it's our policy." And if you don't like an answer one week wait a few days and you will get a different answer.
