Possibility for decent wage if you don't get fired, not a lot of micromanagement

Cons

Attendance policy is ridiculous, doctors notes rejected for no reason (resulting in write ups and often terminations), very few employees make it through the first 6 months, employees are often dismissed without real cause

Good pay at topped put scale. Great benefits and ESOP plan. Easy to stand out for those who want to work hard. Management programs available to everyone.

Cons

Switching from day shift to graveyard shift is hard on home life. Inconsistent scheduled hours and days off. Management plays favoritism.
