I like working at Winco foods. It's a nice job where you can work independently and as a team. Great store. Usual ups and downs working with customer service

Cons

Working at Winco foods they ask a lot of you. Great customer service is pretty much key though! And once you fall into your rhythm it's nice

Pros

Easy to move up if you're willing to go the extra mile. If you put in over 100 hours a month you'll receive vision dental and Healthcare, which are all great.

Cons

People are lazy, lots of call inns. Beginning of the month is crazy but, helps the time fly. Management can be strict.

Cheap cheap cheap but at the cost to employees

Cons

Within my first month my department lost 3 people to injury. Within the two years I was there produce lost 14 people including myself to injuries. The amount of work you are expected to do is equal to what 3 people could accomplish. Managers tell you to do one specific job but expect you to do everything. I was harassed by the HR and lied to from management. I learned real quick that if you do not do everything perfect than your department gets cut hours.
