work sometimes 8,9or even 10 days in a row with no overtime cause work tues-sat one work week and then sun-thurs next work week

Not a lot of room to move up in this department. 2 people overnight, 2 during the day and there is rarely any communication from department manager to nighttime crew. Towards the end of my employment there the orders for each night were unattainable even at company standard(80-100 boxes an hour), leading to day crew or other departments having to pick up the slack.
