Nothing but good benefits for working a few hours.

Cons

They'll work you like a dog and try to make you feel guilty for it. You can go to any other grocery store that is cleaner, safer, and with better pay.

Pros

Pay is generally really good for leads if you stick around for mire than a year. Benefits are amazing. Great insurance and cheapest I’ve seen for the amazing coverage.

Cons

Unless you get specific managers from specific stores the company culture is one that expects you to kill yourself for them. Leads and Management are the clean up team, expecting to make a great team out of nothing and with no support or incentive for their employees.your asked to make something out of nothing and deal with corporate supervisors and VPs that hound on you with unreasonable expectations for the staff you have available and the motivation and pay they receive for their work.

Pros

In some positions you get to work closely with upper management, I work on many projects with our VPs, director’s, and occasionally our COO. They have a decent ESOP and great health insurance.

Cons

They do not believe in ANY work/life balance. Most stores are significantly understaffed and held to the same standards as ones that are not. Pay is less than other companies for the same positions. Every department acts individually and will not work cohesively or even “play nicely” with others. Management is significantly undertrained and to get promoted in the company to any position of significance, it is all about who you are friends with.
