Pros

-Unlike most retailers, they closed early on holidays. -Their starting pay wasn't bad for a retail position, you even had the chance to get a raise after working so many hours. -The majority of co-workers were great people to work with.

Cons

-The manager was snobby. - Like most retail places, they weren't willing to work with my scheduling needs. - A lot of gossiping.

Automatic raises based on hours worked, paid vacation, very affordable insurance, sick pay, ESOP, paid jury duty, paid funeral leave

Cons

Floating schedule, no set days off, no set hours, work weekends and holidays, store is 24 hours so can end up working very early or very late
