Poor Management - Expected to be treated like a tool and get abused by discrimination or labels. They show no respect. They don't protect their employees from rude or hostile customers. They say that their customers are more important than their employees moral, reputation, safety and health. You're just expendable to them. They don't take reports of customer abuse or employee abuse seriously even if you take it to the HR. They'll write you up for even the smallest of things, nor allow you to see or visit a family member whom are in the hospital or just recently died. Nor allow you to have leave time, THEY JUST DON'T LISTEN TO YOU PERIOD, the list just goes on!!! Poor Wages - They make millions of profits, yet they can't pay you well enough to make a living. They lower your hours and say that they can't afford to give more hours. Liars - They promise you affordable healthcare, decent pay wages, full time, and happy outcome with the company. They get you all psyched up about the company then after three months they don't keep their promises. Strict Policies - Everything that you do can get you fired.

different schedule every week, horrible hours(good luck trying to get full time) crappy pay for the amount of stress,impossible to plan for events outside of work due to not learning your schedule until a week before, made more money as a dishwasher 10 years ago, you get docked 3 points for missing work, after 15 points in one year you get suspended. Don't get sick., horrible policy. Result is lots of workers going to work sick.
